We are seeking a high level Finance Manager to join a fast growing company in Spokane! This position will be responsible for full range financial planning, analytics, and treasury activities supporting the executive leadership team.

Essential Duties:

Oversight of financial planning and analysis activities of the organization

Ensure monthly internal financial reports are distributed timely and accurately Ownership of monthly financial statements, host monthly financial reviews with operational team

Work with executive leadership to identify analytical opportunities geared toward organizational improvement

Implementation of Annual Operating Plan and departmental budgeting

Oversight of all maintenance and updates to all consolidated P&L forecasting models

Develop tactical and strategic initiatives

Required Skills:

Strong financial analytic and accounting skills

Understanding of financing strategies

Excellent communication skills

Long and Short Term Project Management experience

Strong PC skills Ability to present to Executive Leadership

Strong organizational skills

Customer focus/client service orientation

Excellent collaboration skills

Requirements:

BA/BS Degree in Finance or related major required.

CPA and/or MBA preferred

Minimum 5-10 years experience in financial role, including treasury and cash management, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, consolidated financial forecasting, strategic planning.
