A Spokane Manufacturer is seeking a Paint Shop Manager to join their team, the ideal candidate will have experience with development of a paint division.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Development and implementation of QA system Recruitment and supervision of staff Planning and implementation of projects through to completion Procurement of materials and supplies, new product research, maintaining proper inventory levels Reporting to governmental agencies as required Responsible for successful completion of small to large scale projects Maintaining project deadlines and reporting status to Operations Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a commercial painting environment Past experience maintaining a recognized QA program Experience managing a team - including but not limited to hiring, scheduling, determining staffing needs, maintaining clear communication with team, process improvement plans, and coaching 5+ years Sales and Supervisory experience Thorough understanding of paint systems and application
