Customer Service Representative needed for company in Oroville, Qualified candidates will have proven experience resolving technical questions and issues by telephone and/or written correspondence. Responsible for updating records, tracking databases, and maintaining order entry system.
Excellent PC skills, including the ability to format reports, forms, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft software: Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Proficient communication skills: both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills; exude a professional and positive attitude.
• Time management and multi-tasking skills
Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
Hours are Monday-Thursday
6:00 am-4:30 pm
