What You’ll Be Up To:

• Setting Up Machines Like a Pro: Get those CNC machines ready to roll! You will handle everything from installations to setting up tools and verifying specifications.

• Reading Blueprints: You’ll be diving into CAD drawings and blueprints, ensuring you’ve got all the details right before you start cutting.

• Quality Control: Precision is your middle name! You’ll measure, examine, and test parts with your keen eye to ensure they meet our quality standards.

• Maintaining Equipment: Machines need love too! You’ll conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot any hiccups so our machines are always in top shape.

• Team Collaborations: Work alongside our talented crew to improve processes, share ideas, and maybe even sneak in a few laughs along the way.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: You’ve got a solid background in CNC machining—familiarity with cutting tools and machining processes is a must!

• Skills: If you’ve got to know your G-code from your M-code and are savvy with CNC programming (preferably at least 3 years in the biz), you’re golden!

• Attention to Detail: You see the little things others might miss, and that’s what makes your work stand out.

• Team Player: You work well with others and can communicate effectively, helping us keep the good vibes flowing in our shop.

• Adaptability: In the machining world, things can change quickly—so you roll with the punches and are willing to learn new tricks.
