Skilled Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced and skilled machinists to join our growing team. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, operate machines safely and efficiently, and perform quality checks to ensure precise results. Candidates with CNC, hydraulic, or machine repair experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints (A Plus)

• Operate machines using two-handed operations for safety

• Perform quality inspections using measurement tools

• Change tooling as needed to meet job requirements

• Load and unload machines efficiently

• Place finished parts on skids for transport or storage

• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

• Troubleshoot and make adjustments or repairs as necessary (repair experience is a plus)

Requirements:

• Skilled machining experience required (CNC, hydraulics, or related fields)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle physical job tasks safely

• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to quality work
