Insurance Marketing Associate - Our client is an Independent Insurance Agency located in La Mesa, CA and is seeking Commercial Account Managers to join their amazing team.

Insurance Marketing Associate - Privately owned Insurance Agency focuses on providing personalized service and they're dedicated to excellence.  They pride themselves on their long-standing relationships with their customers.

 

The successful candidate will:

• Play a key role in supporting the placement and marketing of commercial insurance accounts.
• Will serve as a liaison between producers, account managers, and carriers, evaluating coverage options, analyzing quotes, and ensuring successful placement and renewal of accounts.
• Work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze new and renewal submissions; prepare applications and negotiate terms with underwriters.
• Build and maintain relationships with carrier partners to ensure competitive pricing and favorable coverage terms.
• Track and manage carrier responses and underwriting timelines to keep the marketing process moving efficiently.
• Deliver quote comparisons and coverage analysis to the Account Managers.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Commercial Lines Experience, preferably in an agency/brokerage setting.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• CA Property & Casualty License preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

 

Salary and Benefits:

• $60k - $80k annually, depending on experience
