We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Manufacturing team as Threading Operators. This is a hands-on production role in a clean, organized manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are top priorities.

What You’ll Do

As a Threading Operator, you will help produce high-quality pipe nipples used in industrial and commercial applications.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Operating threading machines to produce pipe nipples to specification
  • Reviewing job tickets/travelers to verify correct materials, sizes, and thread types
  • Performing regular quality checks (visual inspections and use of measuring tools)
  • Maintaining accurate production records and data entry
  • Starting and closing out production jobs using system tools
  • Communicating any machine or quality issues to supervisors or setup staff
  • Keeping machines and work areas clean and ready for the next shift
  • Moving and handling materials and finished parts as needed
  • Supporting other production tasks or machines when required

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
  • Ability to read and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers)
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attendance and punctuality record
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures consistently
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and improve in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

  • Standing and bending for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly
  • Ability to push/pull carts and materials up to 200 lbs with assistance or equipment

Work Expectations

  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Maintain a respectful, professional, and team-focused attitude
  • Support continuous production goals and efficiency targets
  • Be willing to work overtime when needed (typically voluntary)
  • Maintain focus in a production environment (limited personal phone use on the floor)
