Personal Lines Insurance Associate - Our client is a reputable independent insurance agency in Northern Colorado and is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR.

The successful candidate will:

• Continue a successful career wtih a top-notch insurance brokerage.
• Work with the Personal Lines team to ensure complete accuracy of all content, materials, and rates for their personal insurance clients.
• Be a perfectionist with an attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities:

• Work with Agency Management System to provide accurate information to colleagues, clients, and trading partners
• Maintain consistency in content between clients’ policies, endorsements, proposals, and applications
• Actively participate in all departmental and agency group meetings
• Respond to clients, colleagues, and trading partners in a timely manner
• Create a professional development plan to grow knowledge base in the personal insurance business
• Consistently focus on improving the client experience with the company at every opportunity
• Recommend and help to execute changes in procedures, workflows, and systems utilization to improve operation efficiencies in Personal Insurance Department
• Keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, including product line offerings, and changing insurance consumer trends and needs
• Deepen relationships with the company's personal insurance trading partners

Requirements:

• Colorado P&C license
• 3+ years as a Personal Lines CSR or Personal Lines Account Manager
• Applied EPIC experience preferred

Salary & Benefits:

Salary range for this role is $50k - $65k annually, depending on experience. Benefits include 401k, Health Insurance, and Paid Time Off.
