Client Service Specialist opening in Employee Benefits with our customer who is first and foremost, "people-focused". This position is a full-time direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work environment.

Employee Benefits Client Service Specialist - This position supports the sales and client management staff by assisting with group enrollment, renewal processes and additional administrative functions. 

The successful candidate will:

• Care about their team and their clients.
• Be people focused first.
• Work to improve and enhance workflows, timeliness, and client responsiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with communications, follow-up and distribution of applications to carriers.
• Complete and/or coordinate quotes and proposals for all new and renewal business.
• Update census, policy information and commissions for all accounts and policies.
• Attach applications to appropriate client file in Microsoft CRM
• Process all outgoing packages, shipments, mail, etc. and coordinate all presentation materials.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
• 2+ years' applicable job experience within a broker agency or benefit administration firm.
• Familiarity with insurance carrier websites.

Salary Range & Benefits:

• Hourly payrate of $30 - $32 per hour, dependent on skills, education, qualifications, and professional experience.
