Production Laborer Outdoor Work
Location: Magnolia, OH
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

We are looking for hard working production laborers to join a crew in Magnolia, Ohio. This is a hands on job with much of the work done outside. If you have worked in construction, general labor, or outdoor jobs, this work will feel familiar.

If you have used hand tools, worked on job sites, or been part of a crew, you will transition well into this role.

What You Will Be Doing:

• General production and labor work, much of it outdoors

• Working with a crew to complete daily work

• Using basic hand tools

• Lifting, moving materials, and staying active throughout the shift

What You Need:

• Construction or labor experience is a plus

• Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions

• Able to dress in layers

• Steel toe boots required

• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team

• Willing to follow safety rules and instructions

Job Details:

• $18.00 per hour

• First shift only, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Steady, full time work
