A North Canton company is hiring 1st shift assembly team members — no experience required, training provided, $14–$16/hr, Monday–Friday 7:00?AM–3:30?PM, hands-on work with parts, tools, and wires in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

We’re working with a company in North Canton, OH that is hiring for hands-on assembly roles on 1st shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to learn new skills.

You do not need specific experience for this role. If you’re mechanically inclined, like taking things apart or putting things together, or have worked in any kind of hands-on job before, you’ll do well here. Training is provided but a good attitude and reliability matter most.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 1st shift

• No weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

• Putting together small parts and components

• Working with wires, connectors, and hand tools

• Following simple instructions and diagrams

• Checking your work to make sure it’s done correctly

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable with hands-on, detail-oriented work

• Mechanical ability or interest (experience is a plus, not required)

• Willingness to learn and be trained

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Positive attitude and ability to work with a team
