Personal Lines Customer Service Representative/Account Manager - Our client is an independent insurance agency in Tigard, OR and this is a Direct Hire opening providing customer service to insurance clients.

Personal Lines Customer Service Representative/Account Manager opening for an independent insurance agency.  Primary job functions will be performed in the office.

The successful candidate will:

• Prepare, offer, and conduct annual account reviews for larger customers.
• Assist agency owner in social media content, posting and involvement in web-development meetings.
• Work as a claims liaison, working towards making the client's claims experience a positive one.

Responsibilities:

• Phone interaction fielding customer requests, processing policy changes, billing inquiries and answering general policy questions.
• Processing new business policies, renewals, policy changes, cancellations, etc.
• Analysis and requoting existing policies with several personal insurance companies as well as cross-marketing new/additional policies to clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Current P&C insurance license
• 2+ years of Personal Lines agency experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Salary Range:

• $24 - $30 per hour
• Benefits package
