What You’ll Do:
Build and grow relationships with industrial distributors nationwide
Identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts
Review RFQs, drawings, and specs for custom and standard products
Partner closely with Engineering & Operations to develop accurate, profitable quotes
Manage pricing with a strong focus on margins and cost control
Maintain an organized pipeline and CRM activity
Ensure smooth handoff from quote to production
What You Bring:
Manufacturing sales experience (sheet metal or industrial products preferred)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications
Strong communication skills across manufacturing teams, leadership, and HR
High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
Experience working in a structured, accountable environment (EOS a plus)
