Production Lead & Production Supervisor Openings

We are seeking experienced Production Supervisors to lead teams of 15–40 associates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment on the West Side of Cleveland. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching employees, driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and creating a positive team culture.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and support production associates daily
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
• Coordinate with multiple departments to keep production running smoothly
• Train new employees and promote continuous improvement
• Monitor staffing, equipment, and production performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with production operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a production setting
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, especially for 2nd Shift
