Great Work Employment is currently seeking an experienced Shipping Associate to join a great team on Cleveland's East Side in the Richmond Heights area. This is a long-term career opportunity offering competitive pay, a team-oriented environment, and excellent growth potential.

Schedule (Summer Hours through Labor Day):

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Process domestic and international shipments
• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
• Utilize shipping software such as UPS WorldShip, ShipStation, or similar systems
• Maintain shipping records and ensure order accuracy
• Support inventory and shipping department operations
• Meet daily shipping deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping and receiving experience required
• Experience with UPS WorldShip, ShipStation, or similar shipping platforms preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Experience with pick/pack and small parcel shipping preferred
