Inventory / Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift | Middleburg Heights

Great Work Employment is seeking a dependable and experienced candidate to join a great team in the Middleburg Heights area on 1st shift. This is a fast-paced warehouse opportunity with long-term potential and a strong team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory control and receiving
• Order pulling and packing
• Labeling and preparing outbound shipments
• Supporting general warehouse and production duties as needed
• Handling materials up to 50 lbs
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic (very important)
• Ability to work in a physically active environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team setting

We are looking for candidates with a steady employment history in warehouse or manufacturing environments who are ready for a long-term opportunity.
