Job description Job Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Time Study Technician Intern to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role involves conducting detailed time and motion studies to analyze manufacturing processes, identify efficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Conduct comprehensive time studies on various manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, plastics injection molding, and fabrication. Analyze workflow and process steps to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Perform root cause analysis on process deviations or inefficiencies using structured problem-solving techniques. Develop detailed process documentation, including work instructions, flow diagrams, and time standards. This role is essential for driving operational excellence through precise data collection and analysis.
