A well-established food manufacturing facility in Brewster, OH is seeking dependable individuals to train on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift in production positions. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in various stages of food production, including preparation, processing, and packaging
• Operate and monitor production line equipment
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of work areas
• Accurately complete production records and shift documentation
• Maintain a consistent pace while meeting production goals

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent pushing, pulling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

Shift Hours:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work full-time hours
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus but not required
• Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
