We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join a large Corporate Tax Firm.
Duties will include:
• Scan and save workpapers submitted by clients
• Draft engagement letters to clients
• E-filing submittal, tracking and follow-up
• Process and send tax returns to clients
• Manage and monitor GoFileRoom
• Assist Office Administrator with obtaining coding and approval for vendor invoices
• Process and mail client invoices
• Assist with tax and/or audit scheduling
• Formatting financial Statements
• Other duties as required
Education:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
- Three (3) or more years of administrative experience required
- Professional services firm experience preferred
Software:
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials preferred
