Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the daily transportation operations within the warehouse.
• Manage schedules and routes for drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and management to resolve any transportation issues.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and inventory levels.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special projects or promotions related to transportation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or transportation coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help others.
