Front Office Administrator

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour Job description: Position Summary The Office Coordinator provides front desk reception and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. This role is responsible for customer service, office organization, clerical duties, and maintaining daily office operations. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls and greet visitors professionally Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees Process incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and courier packages Prepare bank deposits and complete daily post office/bank runs Order office and breakroom supplies and maintain common areas Coordinate office lunches, gifts, and employee events Maintain office equipment including copiers, printers, and phones Assist with harassment prevention training administration Verify Social Security numbers monthly Perform general clerical and administrative support duties Maintain confidentiality and assist with additional projects as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of clerical or office experience Strong customer service and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment Typing speed of approximately 40 WPM preferred Working Conditions Fast-paced office environment with frequent phone and in-person interaction. Position requires reliability, punctuality, and occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
